W. Jakarta Collects Kota Intan Lokbin Merchants Aspirations

Tens merchants of Kota Intan Lokbin or Jalan Cengkeh Lenggang Jakarta, Pinangsia, Taman Sari, convey their aspirations when met Jakarta Small Medium Enterprises Cooperation and Trade (KUKMP) Dept. Head, West Jakarta KUKMP Sub-dept. and representatives from PT. Pembangunan Kota Tua Jakarta (JORTC) on Tuesday (10/24) night.

Jakarta KUKMP Dept. Head, Irwandi said one of merchant aspirations is to enliven lokbin thus more customers could be attracted to visit.

"We meet with merchants to collect their aspirations and find solution to make Kota Intan Lokbin become crowded by visitors," he said, Wednesday (10/25).

Regarding to this problem, West Jakarta KUKMP Sub-dept. Head, Nuraini Sylviana explained, her side has cooperated with Tourism and Culture Sub-dept. to schedule 26 music and culture events until December 2017.

"The remaining events will be managed by JOTRC (Jakarta Old Town Revitalization Corporation) to enliven Jalan Cengkeh Lenggang Jakarta," he closed.
